Indian River County is part of the southeast region of Florida, along with St. Lucie, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and Monroe counties. Vero Beach is a tourist destination, known for golfing, fishing, and surfing. It also hosts a Disney resort.
