Visulate Dashboard Requirements

Visulate provides 2 different snapshot variations. The snapshot varies depending on the role that the user selected when they logged in. Most user see the Owner-Manager version of the snapshot report. It is broken down into 3 sub pages for Alerts, Cashflow and Performance.

The Alerts page shows expiring agreements, unpaid balances, uncollected rent and uncompleted work. It also shows an income statement for the last 3 months. The cashflow page shows income and expenses for the last 12 months. The Performance page shows a breakdown by property of the income and expenses for a business unit.

Users who are logged in with a buyer role see a different report. It displays repair and cash flow estimates for properties under consideration.

We need to create new reports for the property owner and property manager roles.
