The Self Service option is ideal for property owners who are happy doing their own management and bookkeeping, but would like a system to keep track of all their expenses and income. This would also work for investment syndicates or property owners and managers collaborating on projects. It will allow them to have shared access to information. A separate subscription is required for each person signed up regardless of role.
Our system lets you enter all the details of a property, it is automatically mapped for you and you can link documents from other sites. You can keep track of all the expenses in a double entry bookkeeping system which is easy to use. You are able to build up a list of vendors that you regularly use, and also have access to other vendors in the system with a find vendor feature.
Details of tenants and agreements can be entered into the system. Tenant statements can be produced and all contacts with tenants can be recorded. At the end of each year reports can be produced for your accountant or bookkeeper, to do the taxes.
