1/2 of 1st months rent and 10% of monthly rent after that. (1 year contract required). To find tenant only is 100% of first months rent. Monthly subscription included, to enable property owners access(24/7) to details about their properties
Bookkeeping
Flat fee of $35 per hour, there will be a fee of a least $35 per month to cover the monthly subscription.
Monthly subscription for access to Visulate
$35.00 per month per user with 1 business unit and unlimited properties. Additional business units $15/month. Contact us for the best combination of users and business units to make the service economical. Includes advertising properties on Visulate.
